The Dutch organisation Food Quality Plus publishes an HACCP page. This contains an FAQ section, an HACCP Forum, a Plan showing all the steps involved in introducing the HACCP procedures, and information sheets which can be consulted on the site or downloaded in PDF format. More specific information about Belgium is found on the Belgium page. Among other things, this has a link to a demo of HACCP software which can be tried out.
