One of the most comprehensive sites, a sort of bibliography of HACCP sites, is that of ASEPT, a service-provider in the areas of microbiology, hygiene and food safety.
The HACCP section of the site is arranged thematically into various sections: documents about the Codex Alimentarius, hygiene in the European Union, products from the sea, hand-washing (this part refers to other sites with video demos, photos and posters about hand-washing), fruit and vegetables, meat and game, hygiene in installations, and commercial and large kitchens.
