Acusafe
In many cases, PHA is supplemented with a HAZOP study. In such a HAZOP study, the results of the PHA are thoroughly examined in order to identify and understand all important and hazardous situations. HAZOP is mainly used in the process industry. The method is based on generating questions that systematically cover all relevant areas of the process (design).
