University of Utah - Ergonomics & Safety
The Safety & Ergonomics site of the University of Utah presents some training modules (safety modules) in the ‘educational material’ section for mechanical engineering students. It includes the following: a PHA package with reading material for training, 16 slides that can be used in training and some example problems for use in the classroom. Such a package is also available on FMEA(CA).
