Cases of industrial accidents in Japan
The Japan Industrial Center for Occupational Safety and Health (JICOSH) provides a series of pictures illustrating a hazardous situation involving construction vehicles. In the first picture the user is asked to point the hazardous situation. The second picture shows the accident, and lists the tips for preventing similar types of accidents.
