Securex is more than an external service for prevention and workplace protection, and is profiled as an institute for social management. As far as wellbeing at work is concerned, an explanation is given on the site of what training and knowledge prevention consultants should have, as well as an overview of their tasks. An explanation is given of the Global Presenteeism Management system which can help in the setting up and carrying out of absenteeism policy. To help companies in the development of their dynamic management policy, Securex has developed a RIE questionnaire, which is based on the ArboNed list but adapted to the Belgian situation. The calendar contains data for the information sessions organised on the subject of stress, abenteeism guidance, back hygiene, the working of committees, tasks and responsibilities of the enterprise, and first aid.
