Employers forum on age (EFA)
EFA is a network of employers who want to counter age discrimination in the workplace. The organisation was only started up in 1996, but has assumed a leading position in the area of age and employment. Its objective is to gain understanding of the attitudes, policies and practices of employers in the United Kingdom about the age issue. The network has been created by employers for employers. The emphasis is on the benefits for businesses of adopting an age-aware approach.
