The classification of employers summarises how the number of employees in a company must be calculated. Ikmo gives an overview of the types of examinations that are (can be) done in a company as well as an overview of compulsory vaccinations. The 'division of roles' section contains a table for the division of roles between internal and external safety services, and this takes the type of company into account. Specific to bullying at work, the site contains an overview of the obligations of the employer, more information on the internal procedure for helping the victim, and some measures to protect employees.
