Agefiph is a partner of the national employment policy, and a key stakeholder in the employment of disabled people. This mission of public utility is part of an agreement signed with the State.
Agefiph is a private organisation, in the service of both disabled persons and companies. It offers assistance and advice, as well as the support of a network of service providers the Agefiph has selected.
Agefiph has four main objectives:

• To develop the qualifications of disabled people,
• To improve the access of disabled persons to employment,
• To assist companies in recruiting and retaining their disabled employees,
• To improve the knowledge of the active disabled population.
