This centre aims to support doctors and other professionals concerned in any way by the (potential) dropping out from employment of individual employees and groups of employees, in their attempts to prevent or reduce this phenomenon by responding effectively to psychological complaints. Applicable, tried and tested knowledge and practical methods and techniques are provided to these professional groups. There is a database of available specialised literature that can be searched online. Also of interest is the links section, in which three different categories can be consulted: complaints (aggression, alcohol abuse, anxiety, burnout, depression, drug abuse, gambling, stress), aspects (general, policy and legislation, statistics and research, prevention and information, reintegration, training, self-testing) and organisations (professional associations, social work organisations, research institutes, collaboration, work & organisation departments, information services).
