Tripalium is the site of the organisation Social Conseil Entreprise, which offers advice and training relating to social legislation in France. The organisation also conducts company audits in this area, and organises training, including online courses (e-learning). Factsheets are also provided about social issues, often featuring commentary on jurisprudence and legislation where this exists (e.g. on the use of mobile phones at work, and on restrictions on employers calling their employees at any time and anywhere on mobile phones that they have provided them with). A series of 35 slides about harassment at work is another example of the site’s online resources. You can also test your knowledge about social issues.
