The Hubert Consult website offers instruments for the identification of undesirable practices within organisations. A measurement tool has been developed on the basis of a study carried out at the Rijksuniversiteit in Leiden on mobbing prevention: Leidse Mobbing Schaal-II LEMS-II. Organisations can call on the services of Hubert Consult to measure the level of undesirable practices existing in their organisation. The measured results are registered in a ‘mobbing file’ for the Netherlands.
